Hightec Roofline can replace rotten timbers with UPVC, which is virtually maintenance free.
Here is a typical example of rotten timbers.
All existing fascias and soffit boards are carefully removed, and eaves course of tiles carefully taken up and replaced upon completion.
All rafters are accurately levelled out using new timbers.

Our patented eaves protector tray is installed, ensuring integrity of the roof against water ingress. New guttering is accurately fixed to correct falls. Site is tidied and all materials are removed from site.
Sarking felt is cut back to good and new 10mm solid vented PVC soffits and 16mm solid PVC fascias are fixed to the new timbers. Cover boards fixed to existing sound timber fascia or min. 12mm marine ply using 50mm Polytop nails at ma. 600mm centres. Thermal expansion joints incorporated to accommodate seasonal changes.
